Matt Damon’s teen daughter is one of his biggest critics

In marketing his new film, “Stillwater,” the 50-year-previous actor shared that his 15-calendar year-outdated daughter Isabella refuses to check out “Good Will Searching” mainly because she thinks he could be fantastic in it.

She also likes to give him crap about his profession, Damon said.

“My daughter mentioned, ‘Hey keep in mind that film you did, “The Wall?” I explained, ‘It was named “The Wonderful Wall,”‘” he instructed “CBS Sunday Morning.” “She goes, ‘Dad, there was absolutely nothing excellent about that film.’

“She retains my toes firmly on the ground.”

Despite the teasing, Damon — who in his most recent film plays an Oklahoma oil rig worker whose daughter will get into trouble in France — is content Isabella and his other kids recognize how passionate he is about his get the job done.

“I like that they know that I like my career,” Damon explained. “They know it is time-consuming and a great deal of work and that it fills me up.”
